4032 alloy is an ideal material for making piston skirt forgings of diesel locomotives. YS/T493-2005 "piston with 4A11 and 4032 alloy extrusion bar" standard requirements: the low test pieces of finished bar are not allowed to have segregation aggregation, non metal slag inclusion, coarse grain, crack, and taillight defect, and the grain degree is not more than 2. The microstructure of bars allows a small amount of coarse crystalline silicon to exist, but the distribution should be uniform and not clustered. The maximum size of primary silicon is not greater than 0.08mm. It has mastered the production technology of 4A11 and 4032 alloy extruding rod for piston, and can provide large mass and stable piston extruding rod for aerospace, locomotive and ship.

It has 8000 tons of hydraulic press, 12500 tons horizontal extruder, 1500 ton stretcher, high-speed belt saw, quenching furnace, aging furnace and finishing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 12000 tons.
