Southwest Aluminum launches safety management ability improvement training

West Aluminum - West Aluminum Industry Telecom: In order to further improve the safety performance level of management cadres at all levels and enhance the safety management skills of full-time safety management personnel, on October 30, SWA carried out safety management ability improvement training in the meeting room on the second floor of Minfeng company.

Li Yong and Li Yanfeng, leaders of SWA, relevant persons in charge of various departments and units, full-time and part-time safety officers participated in the training. The training was taught by Feng daoyong, deputy general manager of safety and environmental protection department of Chalco. Feng daoyong takes the cultivation and solidification of the endogenous power of safety management from the perspective of audit as the theme, focusing on what is the endogenous power of safety management, how to cultivate the endogenous power, how to solidify the endogenous power, and how to look at the problems from the perspective of audit. Feng daoyong through the analysis of the deep-seated causes of safety accidents in other units, has brought a knowledge feast of safety management for the participants.

Li Yong, general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of SWA, made a speech. He said that all units should firmly establish the safety vision goal of "zero incident", vigorously promote the implementation of cahse system, and constantly improve the safety management level. It is necessary to implement the responsibility of safety management, continuously stimulate the endogenous power of staff safety, solidify the safety consciousness of employees, and finally promote the employees to develop good safety behavior habits.
