As of September 28, the aluminum production of SWA in September again reached a new high in a single month. The aluminum production increased by 2% compared with the best of May this year, and achieved a new leap again. From January to September this year, the output of aluminum materials of Southwest Aluminum increased by 7.3% year on year, the output of strategic products serving the country increased by 9.6% year on year, and the output of civilian products increased by 7% year on year. The output and profit and other major indicators reached the highest level in history again, welcoming the 20th CPC National Congress with the best production and operation performance in history.

Address customer "pain points"

Since this year, Li Yong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of SWA, has repeatedly stressed that "we must be anxious about what customers want and what they want. We should listen to users, understand market demand, grasp market trends, and effectively improve the market supply guarantee ability."

In the face of more fierce market competition, SWA fulfilled its commitment to users with practical actions. Although the domestic epidemic situation is "frequent in many places", the marketing personnel of SWA are still firmly "rooted" in all parts of the country, trying to find ways and add measures to meet the needs of users.

Zhao Zhiwen, the sales project manager of Southwest Aluminum Sales Company, is a "post-80s generation". Since August, Zhao Zhiwen has actively tracked and coordinated the logistics and transportation information of aerospace users' products, and made every effort to ensure that the shipment of urgent products for key models and tasks can be controlled, which has won unanimous praise from aerospace users. From June to September of this year alone, he personally collected 130 million yuan of payment for goods.

For the civil product market, the High Precision Plate and Belt Business Unit further strengthens the coordination of production and marketing to ensure the rapid response and efficient processing of user orders and requirements based on the market supply guarantee and customer demand. In terms of foreign trade products, the production department takes the lead in determining the delivery time according to the coiled materials of different processes, and the supply and marketing department entrusts the freight forwarding company to book space according to the delivery time, so as to improve the delivery efficiency and ensure that the products are delivered to users in a timely manner.

From January to September, the export sales volume and profit of the business unit's civilian products increased significantly, with a year-on-year growth of 5.32%. Among them, the output in September achieved another good performance, with a year-on-year growth of 10.3%, and the sales volume increased 5.98%.

In view of the actual situation of "frequent outbreaks at multiple points" of domestic epidemics, SWAL strengthened the integration of online and offline marketing in combination with the domestic epidemic prevention and control and the actual situation of users. On the one hand, it strengthened offline marketing, and on the other hand, it promoted close cooperation with customers through online communication and contact. In response to the needs of customers in domestic control areas, SWAL also timely coordinated the delivery of special vehicles to meet the needs of users.

In August, in the face of difficulties such as blocked logistics, extended transportation time, and increased pressure on product delivery on schedule, Southwest Aluminum took many measures at the same time to maintain the smooth progress of marketing, maintain a good growth momentum in serving national security products and civil products, meet market needs, and get full recognition from users.

In September, with the end of the epidemic and the passing of the hot weather, Southwest Aluminum began to catch up, increasing its horsepower, producing at full capacity, striving to improve production efficiency, and getting through the "blocking points" that affect production. On September 23, the No. 32 melting and casting unit was busy in the production and operation of the three parts of the Southwest Aluminum melting and casting plant, which was mainly responsible for the production of ingots for key products. Under the leadership of the team leader Zhang Jun, the boys in the second shift were casting in an orderly manner. This group of young people who had just stayed in the factory during the epidemic situation showed no sign of losing their fighting spirit, continued to fight on the production line with the spirit of daring to fight hard, and made every effort to guarantee the supply of ingots for key products.

In September, the melting and casting factory focused on the annual target, insisted on the same production and operation target, and did its best to ensure the ingot production. The melting and casting factory continuously optimizes the product structure, dynamically adjusts the production plan, and ensures the maximization of the current operating benefits. In the production organization, the melting and casting factory firmly grasped the main line of "benchmarking", improved management, supplemented weaknesses and improved indicators. Since August, the melting and casting factory has tried every means to reduce the impact of epidemic and high temperature weather on production. The production of ingots has grown steadily and maintained a stable operation, providing guarantee for the smooth output of SWA products.

Early in the morning of September 17, on the hot rolling line of the SWA calender, Liu Bing, the operator, and his team members started working with great enthusiasm. "Pay attention to the roller table control, observe the plate shape, and adjust the amount of emulsion spraying." Liu Bing, the chief operator, kept giving various instructions. Time passed quickly. After more than ten passes of rolling, the material rolling was completed. Liu Bing took the measuring tools and ran from the operating room to the newly rolled aluminum. While measuring and observing the surface quality of materials, he communicated with Xiaohe, the technician on the side. At the production site, the machines roared, and the production lines accelerated. Blue figures in overalls shuttled among them.

The calender shall achieve accurate and precise production scheduling in terms of production organization. By focusing on two hot rolling lines and various production factors, the calender shall stabilize the operation of equipment and ensure the effectiveness of output; Reorganize resources around key varieties, strengthen ingot coordination, organize meticulously, produce efficiently, strive to complete key products and high value-added products with high quality and high standards, and make every effort to ensure the completion of annual goals and tasks. From January to September, the total commodity output of the calender increased by 16.7% year on year, including 89.3% year-on-year increase in high-grade boards and 12.4% year-on-year increase in key varieties 7050, which achieved a continuous and stable increase and made another step forward on the road of catching up.

In September, the cadres and staff of SWA overcame difficulties, pursued ahead, comprehensively boosted their spirits, worked hard under pressure, and achieved the "acceleration" of production and supply guarantee, and pursued the annual goal with full enthusiasm and hard work.
