At the same time, the company optimizes the production organization mode of its post-use smelting and casting unit according to the form of recycled aluminum, determines the optimal equipment operation parameters and production organization mode in combination with the characteristics of different alloys and different forms of recycled aluminum, and timely adjusts the ignition time and equipment parameters to ensure that the on-site production conditions match the equipment operation parameters, so as to achieve the optimal energy saving and carbon reduction operation state, and minimize the energy cost and metal burning loss, The effect of energy saving and carbon reduction of recycled aluminum was further improved.

In 2022, the recycling of waste aluminum by SWA will increase by 5.1% year on year. On this basis, the cost of raw material procurement and transportation will be reduced by 3.2 million yuan, 1.33 million cubic meters of natural gas will be directly saved, 1613 tons of standard coal will be saved, 2683 tons of carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced, and 2.8 million yuan of metal loss will be reduced.
